WHAT I'M ABOUT
I want people to feel how I feel. There is a pathway available for every person to be truly happy, healthy and living with purpose. This can be achieved through a wholehearted and interconnected approach to the three broad elements associated with real health and wellness: diet, exercise and mindful living.
Coming from a background in competitive sport and currently in training as a Royal Australian Navy Clearance Diver, an in-depth approach to appropriate nutrition for healing, recovery and performance has been developed; numerous training types and intensities have been explored; and equally important mindful techniques like meditation, yoga and mindful eating have been accessed. Recent success in the F45 World Championship Playoffs is a testament to the power and potential of a holistic approach to achieving your goals, whatever they may be.
