I seem to be stumbling across the right books at exactly the right time. Subtitled, The Timeless Art of Turning Trials Into Triumph, this shorter read can be translated to multiple real life scenarios that anyone and everyone encounters.

It pushes the notion that we can easily leverage off any situation that may be initially be percieved as "bad" and change that perception to amount a positve action. This book represents the epitomy of stoic thinking and I recommend you immerse yourself in its ideologies.

I have used this with superb result for the purpose of becoming more efficient at utilising fat for energy. L-Carnitine is a thermogenic amino acids that aids in oxidising long chain fatty acids into energy. In the mianstream this supp is widely used as a weighht loss supplement, however used correctly (I usually take 1 tablet of the above 1000mg form on an empty stomach) it can be a great tool for those on a low carbohydrate diet to increase fat burning efficiency and some other cool biological hacks.
